Athletics Camp Registration Open

MCC is accepting registration for its 2026 summer sports program, ScotStars. The camp offers sessions in volleyball, softball, soccer, and baseball.

The All Skills Volleyball Camp, June 22–24 in the MCC Gym, will provide instruction in all fundamental skills, including passing, setting, digging, attacking, blocking, and serving. The session for girls entering grades 9–12 runs from 8–10 a.m., and the session for girls and boys entering grades 6–8 runs from 10:30 a.m.–noon.

One-day Volleyball Specialty Camps will also be offered on June 22 in the MCC Gym. The Setters/Hitters camp (12:30–2 p.m.) for girls entering grades 8–12 will focus on footwork, hand positioning, offense strategy, arm swing, attacking, and blocking. The Passing/Defense camp (2:30–4 p.m.) for girls entering grades 6–12 will cover serve and receive, defensive systems, transition, and high-repetition skill work.

The Softball All Skills Camp, June 22–25 at the MCC Softball Field, will help players develop their overall game with instruction in hitting, infield defense, outfield defense, and pitching. The camp is taught by MCC Softball coaches and players. The session for girls entering grades 6–8 runs from 9–11 a.m., and from 1–3 p.m. for those entering grades 9–11. (Participants should bring gym shoes in case of inclement weather.)

The Baseball Camp, July 6–8 at the MCC Baseball Field, will cover a wide range of skills to help athletes become more complete players. Hitting, defense, baserunning, and pitching will be emphasized by MCC's baseball coaching staff and team members. The session for students entering grades 3–5 runs from 8:30–10:30 a.m., and for those entering grades 6–8, from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.

The Scots Soccer Camp, July 20–23 at the MCC Soccer Field, prepares players for the fall season by sharpening technical ability through practical tactical principles that translate to any playing environment. The session for ages 14–18 runs from 8–10:30 a.m., and for ages 8–14 from 10:30 a.m.–noon.

"Campers get to interact with college coaches and develop their skills in a positive, high-energy environment," said Jared Wacker, coordinator of student-athlete success at MCC. "ScotStars camps are a great opportunity for young athletes to prepare for their upcoming seasons while having fun and building confidence."
